Entretien
I first applied online and then got a confirmation email that told me that they would get back to me within a month. They got back to me after I’m exactly a week and invited me for a group interview in-store. I then got invited for a 1 to 1 interview with two other workers (one being a manager). They then Called me the next day and offered me the job.

Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
