First resume was selected online and HR connected over the call. She took phone interview and scheduled F2F with Country head. Interviewer was very keen on keeping the candidate comfortable. He was very open to hear the candidate's view. The interview went well with approx 45 minutes of discussion but no update was shared afterward. Usually if the profile is not selected then also IKEA team sends a mail to share an update but no update was shared in my case. HR was not responsive afterward.
