Preliminary phone interview was conducted after a few days of submitting my application. 5 situational questions. During the call, I was asked to come in the following thursday for an in-person interview with the manager within the Active Selling Coworker team. They will ask for your hardcopy resume, schedule availabilities, wage expectations, and preferences for a different position. After that they ask Very similar 5 situational questions. They write your answers down. Overall, it was very relaxed and I felt like it was very casual! The manager came a few minutes late and he was probably his late 20s or early 30s.

I was interviewed by Gerald Hollis, Manager of the Sales Department. I was greeted warmly, and professionally. We talked for about 30 minutes, about the job, my experience, overall goals of the Active Sales Department, and where I thought I might fit best. After the initial interview, Mr. Hollis took me on a tour of the Sales floor, introduced me to a few people whom we encountered, and we assisted a few customers with questions.
