Very smooth interview process. I attended one of IKEA's national hiring events in Atlanta, Georgia. Certain people were able to have on the spot interviews but due to the number of people, they took my resume and then contacted me a few weeks later to schedule an in-person interview. It was a 1-1 interview and most questions dealt with you as an individual and how you have or would deal with certain situations that may arise.

standard HR-like interview with 2 HR associates, team leader and department lead. Basic questions looking for personal and inter personal skills, willingness to work shifts, extra hours, hard labour and personal questions. Not much talk about benefits, not much room to negotiate.
