Applied the position through IKEA career page and got a mail directly from a hiring manager for on-site interview. Interview experience was mixed with positives and negatives. Positive part was to respond quickly to queries and update the result pretty promptly too and a bit of discouraging part was the interview itself was not so good as a interviewer explained and talked too much and instead of listening answers from an interviewee.
