One sheet application. I put open availability everyday, they said this is why I got a second interview. Second Interview. Standard questions, where have you worked what did you do. What did you like, why did you quit? How did you handle aggressive customer? How did you work as a team? How do you communicate with others?

Applied online. They got back to me after a few days. Interview was with the supervisor of the department. Easy interview- just your basic "tell me about yourself" and "why do you want to work for IKEA" questions. Interview lasted around 15 - 20 minutes.

Pretty simple and comfortable to do. Definitely more informative as well. I enjoyed the people i conversed with too, they were so attentive and polite. All in all Ikea has some of the best mannered workers I've met.
