hired on the spot ,not much of an interview .I talked about my past work experience. and my education.I was asked about my interests in furniture and interior design. What magazines i read and subscribe to ,and what interests me and inspires me.

Had to do an entire day of interview in person, with three assignments (one at home before the interview, one group, and one individual). They offered to give feedback after they rejected me. I didn't get one when I asked for it.
