Entretien
I applied online and received an email a few days later asking to do a phone interview with someone from the US office in Pennsylvania. The phone interview didn't happen, but I received an email the next day from the manager at the store asking if I would like to come in for a face to face interview. The interview was an hour long, he asked questions to get to know me as a person and as a future co-worker then took me on a tour of the department I was applying for. A week later, I received a follow-up email asking to come in for a second interview that Friday. I met with a person from HR and was offered the job.

Entretien
It was an exclusive interview with people invited from two colleges. The number of applicants was over 25. We had basic introductions, a GD and an interview afterwards. My interviewers were polite though same was not the case for other people.
