easy, a one to one chat with one of the managers, they don't care as long as you will work all the 4 hour shifts they can give you they will give you the job

a phone interview with simple questions about myself, then an assessment centre with other candidates where we did teamwork activities like what items you would save on a sinking ship etc and then a final interview based on my CV and cover letter and then i received the offer to come and work there

After submitting an online application, I received at a response within 2 days asking to complete an online video interview. The interviewing website was poor as it glitched but the questions were simple enough.
