Process was broken into 3 parts: Phone Interview, Face-to-Face, then a meeting with HR. Took a while between steps but I don't think that's the standard at all stores. Super easy going process.
Positive interview experience for the Sales Coworker position. Many thanks to the Talent Acquisition team for their professionalism and clear communication. The company culture felt welcoming and people-oriented, which really reflects the values the company stands for.
Group Interview, then video interview with 2 people - HR & sales manager. Asked 5 basic behavioural questions i.e. "Tell me about yourself", "How do you keep busy during slow periods".

ho inviato candidatura online, successivamente telefonata per fissare un colloquio (qualche settimana dopo). il colloquio è stato molto tranquillo, con qualche domanda su di me e perché avevo applicato. è durato poco.
