The interview consisted of two workers asking me questions and taking notes on my responses. They had my CV in front of them so asked me questions to do with my CV as well as specific questions they already had prepared. Following this, I was invited back for a second interview which was a store walk around the store where I was asked questions to do with my personality and ability to work in a team.

It was an exclusive interview with people invited from two colleges. The number of applicants was over 25. We had basic introductions, a GD and an interview afterwards. My interviewers were polite though same was not the case for other people.
