Entretien
I applied online and then about a week later recieved a phone call. The phone call has particularly odd questions on my personal knowledge of IKEA.
After the phone interview I was then invited in for a face-to-face interview a week later.
After the interview I did not hear back for a week so I proceeded to call the interviewer. I then received a call back two days later with an offer for a position.
Self Introduction,
Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
