Fairly Easy. I applied online and was emailed less than 24 hours later to set up a phone interview. They asked for a brief resume summery, pay expectations and when i could come in person. In person, they asked about things on my resume in more detail and my availability. They asked what I thought the job would entail and how I would describe IKEA.
