The atmosphere was friendly and practical, reflecting IKEA’s culture of simplicity, collaboration, and people-centered thinking throughout the conversation.

Liked the organization of the open house but didn't like the actual process to apply. Once at the interview I was told the Picker position was not available but Merchandising was open with 22-30 hrs with benefits. This was not what position I was offered. Disappointing.
