Entretien
The process went pretty fast, I emailed HR with my resume and transcript with a short introduction regarding my work background. I received a call to make an appointment for an interview the same week. I filled out paperwork the day of the interview - and 2 essay questions. The interview itself took about an hour and there were three regional managers who asked you great situational questions. The questions were not tricky - just use your personal experience working with children.

What type/kind of teachers you would like to work with and why.
Ask you some questions on a double sided sheet of paper. They write your responses. Basic questions like what is your experience with children. Why do you want to be a preschool teacher. What would you say to the parent of a child who got bit by another child under your supervision. Describe an activity you would do in your classroom.
