very straightforward, but it takes them ages before reaching a decision. The head count approval and decision making process is unbelievably lengthy. The actual interview process itself is fairly straightforward though.

I was contacted by Staffing solutions company for this role. There were 2 Interview rounds - both rounds were telephonic. Process took less than a week to roll out final results.
