Entretien
After going from door to door looking for a job, IHOP gave me an interview right there and then on a Thursday night. All server were having a meeting outside of regular hours at the back of the restaurant, so the manager was there. Since everyone was wearing casual clothes, I didn't know who the manage was so everyone started interviewing me in front of the manager. Everything was going well and the manager stepped in and gave me a more professional interview. At that moment she asked me many simple questions about myself and what not. Luckily, I had a resume with me (which I didn't need at all) but the resume spoke for itself. She told what I needed as a uniform and to make sure to bring it on a Sunday. She would train me Sunday morning in a busy day to get to know everything fast and so I did.

I hate it, the manager was very unprofessional. She was late for the interview and made me wait extra hours before we could even start. She also yelled at people during the interview. I was scared and the whole restaurant seemed like a toxic place
