My interview process with IGS was thorough, extensive and pleasant. I spoke to four people on the phone and had an on-site interview with two people. The process lasted 4-5 weeks. The company really wanted to make sure they were going to hire the right candidate, not just skill wise but also a company cultural fit and team fit, which I appreciated.
