I had a first call with Adam to get an idea of my background, skills, and what I was looking for. On our next call he brought up a job he thought would fit well with me and described why he thought it would work well for me not just because of me experience with the tech that they were looking for, but that it fit with the type of culture I was looking for. He then set up a coding challenge with the company which led to an interview. Adam called before the interview to make sure I was ready and if I had any final questions. He definitely wanted to help all 3 parties succeed.
