I applied on Indeed and got contacted there directly for a phone interview to know more about my experience in areas of marketing, digital marketing, internal communications, social media advertising, social media analytics and so on. The lady who called me was very polite, courteous and considerate. As per the job description, they asked me more qualifying questions on each and every point. What areas did I have experience on, how did I handle some situations in them, how did I collaborate - basically walking through my CV and asking more questions around it. Thankfully, they informed me right away when I wasn't selected for the job; gave me some closure. Salary for the role at the time was $45-50k per annum.
