Hiring manager was 15 minutes late to interview. Interview was casual in nature, very few behavioral questions. Interview seemed to go well, I sent a thank-you note, never heard from them again about my candidacy. Was completely ghosted.

Questions were mostly about my background/ experience. Behavioral question was around mistake you made and what you learned from it.
