Applied online. Scheduled phone interview. Was told they would get back to me within a few days. Never communicated. Should have followed through with your word whether or not you were interested in hiring.

Entretien
There was a pre-screening interview with recruiter, then Zoom interview with manager and another project manager. The in-house recruiter was very warm and very responsive to questions and follow up.

There were a number of very specific quetions about past client projects - successes and failures, really focusing on client communication.
