Candidates are required to answer an online Google form with questions first then process to an online interview. The interviews asks around 5 questions, related to the candidate's previous experience with the IELTS exam, job expectation, availability, etc.
it was quick and simple - very straightforward about the position and one situational question. The interviewer mainly has an idea if you are a good fit already from the resume so the interview was just a chance to explore your experience a bit further

it was alright everyone was so nice and helpful. i feel like they are also very informative. they coworkers are very friendly and helpful when i was a new employee
