The process is very good. They took a 1.5 hour approx. Online assessment on R, SQL code corrections. 17 multiple choice questions were asked about statistics basics and machine learning. The second stage was face to face interview. They ask some questions about projects and give a small task in R. In the final interview they usually ask about how you can use your skills and project experience to contribute to their team. If you can convince them they take you to the final round and give another task in R slightly harder than the initial task.
