The first "interview" was simply a brief call with the recruiter just confirming interest. The second interview was intense firing off of long-winded behavioral questions. The negative part of it all was the complete lack of follow-up from the recruiter. Very unprofessional, which I was surprised by since it's such a large and well-known company in the veterinary space.
