I received a call-back the same day I submitted my resume. Talked to a recruiter later that same week, had a follow up call with the company's HR director, an on-site interview and tour of the building, and final call with VP of HR. Whole process from initial call to accepting an offer was less than about 6 weeks long. Interview was more of a delightful two-way conversation. No trick questions or questions that I couldn't answer. Mainly background, what qualified you, name a time-type of questions.
