the interview started with on-line test in our college which included both technical and aptitude sections.that was of medium level and technical section was based on communication engineering. the shortlisted candidates including me interviewed further at kochin at idea cellular Ltd office.there ware both group discussion and personal interview. GD was little tough.in personal interview they will ask why you want to join idea,some technical questions and about previous offers.it was a panel of four and we couldn't hide any thing.express yourself and be open. it was a tough interview and am that i got selected.
