      Entretien

Working with Katt was a genuinely great experience, and I want to make sure that's on record. She wasn't my recruiter from the start - due to internal changes mid-process, she was brought in after my entire interview cycle was already complete. Despite that, she came fully prepared with a thorough download of my situation and hit the ground running. What stood out most was how responsive and communicative she was throughout. Every question got a quick, clear answer. Every update was proactively shared. You never had to chase her. The offer process itself was handled with real fairness, she advocated for a good outcome for both sides, and it showed. I never felt like it was adversarial; it felt like she genuinely wanted this to work. Where she really went above and beyond was navigating a visa complexity that came up late in the process. It was a nuanced situation involving immigration law, internal legal teams, and my university. Katt took the time to understand it properly, communicated clearly with everyone involved — me, the organization, and the legal team — and helped bring it to the best possible resolution. That level of care isn't something you take for granted in a recruiting process. If you get Katt as your recruiter, you're in good hands.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

Adam (VP PMM): "Tell me about a time you built something from scratch — not just ran an existing playbook, but genuinely created a category or motion that didn't exist before." Gaurav (PPM): "Walk me through your background — how did you end up in AI, and what does your PMM process actually look like?" Chako (Sales Enablement): "ID.me has a value — 'Ask questions like a five-year-old.' Tell me about a time you embodied that."
