HR and Technical 2 rounds of interviews. Not really detailed and it was like a casual discussion. HR asked about the plans for the future and Technical was about general concepts. Not very detailed technical questions.Overall a good experience
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What’s your expectations from the company if you’re hired?
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez ICterra (Ankara) en oct. 2018
Entretien
I applied to ICterra because I thought the job description listed by this company was appropriate for me.
Boy... I was so wrong...
I applied to the senior c++ developer position. And they gave me a C++ test that was meant to be given to junior c++ devs which was full of grammar and logic errors and practically tested NOTHING.
We then proceeded to the next part of the interview, where I was interviewed by 2 junior engineers and a senior(old) engineer.
While I was talking about my past experiences they almost always had to interrupt me and ask me TOTALLY irrelevant questions regarding my work as if they were doubtful about my competency.
My work speaks for itself.
While I was talking about the university that I graduated from, they asked my about my GPA which is considered low by standards, they could not help themselves but insult me about it, mind you I graduated 6 years ago.
Not to mention, the job description failed to mention that the candidate would be working at ASELSAN which I have never been interested in at all.
I had to halt the interview because I was wasting time with these Low E.Q. amateurs.
Bullet dodged...

Question 1
Extremely trivial C++ 98 test from 20 years ago that high schoolers can solve eyes closed.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez ICterra (Ankara) en mars 2013
Entretien
Very rigid and to the point questions, more of a skill based interview and this is because of highly technical managers. They are good coaches but could be more employee oriented.
