First interview was a phone screening, making sure you have the appropriate experience. Next up was a skype-style interview with three people including the relevant manager and two others. Good questions, a bit more technical than the initial screening, Next up was an in person interview with three people, two unchanged from the previous one. This interview focused more on accessing whether or not you would fit in with the team and company culture along with a few tougher, technical questions that one many not expect to see with every day file handling. In addition, there was an old fashioned Wonderlic test administered with pencil and paper. Everyone was really nice and inviting throughout. The multiple person interviews clearly showed each person was looking at different aspects (technical knowledge, people skills, etc).
