Really straight forward and in depth, lots around quality and finance. Curriculum, Ofsted, managing a team, quality, working in partnerships with other agencies. Working with head office team and support functions
I had two people who interview me, they made me tell them about myself, I mentioned my personality, the style of how I manage the staff, why working in partnership with parents are important

Entretien
The interview process was pleasant not as nerve racking as I had initially anticipated. The panel were lovely took their time in asking questions and gave me the opportunity to ask questions too. I was able to relax very quickly which made the rest of the interview easier.
