Entretien
- Was asked to schedule a in person interview
- Came in ten minutes early, filled out a little paper work
- Met with one person who I was not told I was there to meet. Had a 10-15 minute brief, basic interview conversation about the role and company
- Was brought back out to wait for the head contact I was there to meet with
- Continued to wait for a hour, informed once she was running late
- After a hour and a half, the receptionist informed me she could no longer meet with me and to leave
- Never heard back or given opportunity to meet with her
Not very professional way of operating and rude in general
I would like to apologize for your experience, as this is not normally how our interview process works. There could have been extenuating circumstances that arose that day.
Entretien
Applied through company website. 2 weeks later, I received a call from HR for an interview. Met with them the following week along with 5 supervisors in the department. One day later, received a full time position. Very positive experience and they wanted to make sure I would be a good fit with everyone.
