A few days after submitting my application, I was called for a phone screening. I was not immediately invited for an on site interview, but was told a time period during which interviews would take place. About a week later, I received an email with an invitation for an on site interview consisting of two parts: one with the team manager, and one with two team members. The atmosphere in the interviews was informal and positive. I rate my overall experience 'neutral' because of the very short notice of the interview planning, and significant delay in communication after the interview.
