Good relationship with the interviewers. It starts with the recruiter, then an interview with the managers. If the interview is good enough, there is a final interview with the Human Resources

As usual recruiter interview. Just a run thru of cv and some checklist. It was for a RWE role although I applied for main clinical trial post. No further call .
Two back to back video interviews with two interviewers in each session. Everybody showed up promptly and was friendly and professional. I was contacted after waiting about a week with an HR representative who wanted to discuss an offer and benefits and compensation package
