I originally heard of this job through La Creme. I applied and had my original interview with the very relaxed Customer service manager at the time. This interview was very relaxed and made me feel at ease. I went onto the second round interview with the Customer service manager, Account executive manager and the HR manager. This was a bit more formal but I felt like I had known them forever chatting and laughing. I came out of the interview feeling very relaxed and knowing that this was the place I wanted to work for. If your applying for Firecrest you need to have a firm knowledge on what Firecrest do be very honest and hard working. I feel that I got the Job as I went into the interview being myself and showed my bubbly personality but also that I had a keen interest in developing within Firecrest.

Entretien
Not intense at all; very transparent process; hiring managers are very honest and professional. They are very proud to be a part of such a great company, and they do a great job of answering questions that a candidate has for them as well.
