Initial interview with recruiter via telephone. Follow-up interview lasted about 2 hours and was with 3 additional people via video conference. I was asked to prepare a powerpoint presentation and also complete a personality assessment. The 2nd interview started with a review of my CV. I was then asked to make a 15 minute presentation which was followed by 15-20 minutes of questions regarding the presentation. After that part of the interview, I was asked questions based off the results of my personality assessment. In the final 15 minutes I had time to ask questions about the company and the position.

Value for Talent and Company went out of its way to satisfy my needs in the offer. The team was very kind and knowledgeable, leading to a healthy discussion in the interview. Presenattion scenarios given were challenging.
