Two interviews, phone and in person. Interview was conducted by the customer service manager who was very nice and seemed genuinely excited to meet me. She took the time to ask me what I as seeing in my new job and we discussed how I could contribute at the company if I was hired. Compensation and benefits were explained in detail.

small company and they wrote the represent themselves as something big and New. It was the same customers over the same issues. The work was not bad, but there was a lot of high school drama going on with upper management.
