I had several emails with the recruiter, a brief phone interview, then I came in for two 30-minute interviews in person. Rather than feeling grilled, the interviews were very friendly and conversational. They were really direct about the expectations for the position, which I appreciated greatly. Because the interviewers are in the weeds (and probably future teammates), they're able to ask really direct, specific, and insightful questions.
