1st round with recruiter over phone which was standard with questions mostly about background and interest in the position
2nd round group interview with team directors with more technical questions in the I/O psychology field
Then an offer was made
I initially had a phone interview with the internal recruiter. The second round of interviews took a few weeks to schedule on their end. The second interview was a panel interview with 6 current employees. The interview was very impersonal, with no questions about me as an individual. Afterwards, I was ghosted by the recruiter and he never answered any of my follow-up emails.
