First-round phone interview with the HR Manager to assess basic job fit and answer any questions I had; second-round phone interview with the hiring team involved standard interview questions and questions to assess my interest in the company and position; third-round video interview with the hiring team (some people who were not on the second-round call) involved additional questions related to my specific experience and interests. Overall, it was a very efficient and informative process that lasted about 2 weeks. Though I would never say interviews are enjoyable, these interviews were as close to enjoyable as they come.
