My first interaction with ICF was at a graduate school career fair. After talking to the representative at the career fair, I had an on-campus interview. After the on-campus interview, they flew me out to headquarters for interviews with 4 other staff.

Question 1
The questions were mostly behavioral; things like what I wanted to get out of the role, why I was qualified, etc.
3 step process with multiple questions asking about how you would problem solve for client solutions and how to communicate to non technical team members. Explaining using documentation can prove advantageous as well!
This interview contained standard questions about productivity, interests, organizational skills, values, past experiences. it was pretty standard, only one round but took a while to hear back with their decision.

Recruiter call - HM panel - Teammates. It depends on the project also. If you are not heard back from them after the 2nd interview within 1 week, high chance that you don't get the job.
