3 stages. Stage 1: Recruiter Phone Call This was just an overview of the team and who I was as a person and general background. Stage 2: Direct Supervisor Teams meeting This was more technical, but still only answering questions about software tools I have used before and proficiency in various things. This is also where they ask how you do well under deadline pressure and ask for examples of how you've dealt with adversity. Stage 3: Direct Supervisor's Supervisor Teams meeting This was a bit more casual than the second one, felt more about a culture fit and personality matching.
