I was contacted by an HR person to do a screening interview. Then had a second interview where I met with the managers of the Beneficial Electrification team. The process seemed pretty standard. My only critique is that they never informed me that I didn't get the position. When I reached out to HR to check in, they said I should have been checking their application portal to see my status. Seems like this is a pretty common practice nowadays, but it would be nice to get an email directly.
