First I had a quick preliminary phone screen. Then I had a phone interview with an upper-level manager on the team I was supposed to join. After, I was invited to an in-person interview where I spoke with 3 different people and a lunch interview with another. At the end, I had a brief writing schedule. I received an offer a few days later. The process was very organized and enjoyable. Everyone is friendly and wants to get to know you.

Two interview rounds. The first interview was more about getting know each other, interests, the team. The second interview was with more senior staff members, a bit more on talking about technical abilities and interests, followed by a case study writing assignment. The assignment took 2.5h and was adequate for the level that I applied for.
The process took a long time. Sometimes I did not hear anything for several weeks and had to chase them, other times they were super responsive and called me spontaneously to discuss expectations. Overall positive and friendly, but at times inconsistent!
Panel interview with multiple people. Lasted two hours. Panelists were nice and professional. Described the position, asked a series of about 10 questions, asked about interest in topical area of project and technical skills.
