I had 8 rounds of interviews over three months and was ghosted by the recruiter. Throughout the process, it took about 1 to 2 weeks to receive feedback and set up the next round. ICANN wasted my time with each interview and I found the organization as a whole to be an inefficient 'rule-making' bureaucracy.
