I had a Two part interview. I first met with the staff person I had been referred to and he told me about the company and gave me an office tour. Then I had interview later on with a partner who looked at my portfolio and my resume I got the interview thru a referral from a coworker so the first step was really for the person in the office to get to know me, before he got me the interview.
