Normally starts with a pre-screening from recruiting. Just basically confirming what's on your resume. The interview was pretty easy - strengths, weaknesses, how to assign tasks etc. They also ask how do you handle conflict and motivate your team which are standard questions for any leadership role.

Logical and transparent. The process was quick, not easy, but they made sure that they cover all the details during the interview. It was more of a conversation which made you feel like you are just telling stories.

There was at first a phone interview, which if successful, you will be invited in for a face to face interview or a second interview as most may say. Thereafter i was told i would be contacted. Later the same day i received an email from Ibex saying my interview was successful and i should return with some listed documents a week later to start onboarding process for training.
