Applied for the position online and got a call a few days later about an interview in Oklahoma City, OK. Interviewed in a large group of applicants with multiple interviewers which I did not expect at the time. Relatively easy questions making sure you can function in a professional environment and have general bank knowledge. Also asked about sales experience and ability to commute due to constant relocating on a weekly basis in case of need and training about 30 miles from the store I was hired for. Did not hear about them contacting any references I submitted and got a call two days later with a job offer.
