      Entretien

Phone Screening: After submitting your application, you receive an email inviting you to a phone screening. This initial conversation typically lasts about 30 minutes and is conducted by a recruiter or HR representative. They ask you about your background, experience, and why you're interested in the role. Technical Assessment: If you pass the phone screening, you're given a technical assessment to complete at home. This could be a coding challenge or a project to showcase your skills. You're given a deadline to submit your work. First On-site Interview - Technical: If your assessment meets the company's standards, you're invited for an on-site interview. The first interview usually focuses on technical skills. You may be asked to solve coding problems on a whiteboard or computer, explain your previous projects, and discuss your approach to problem-solving. Behavioral Interview: Assuming you perform well in the technical interview, you move on to the behavioral interview. This stage assesses your soft skills, such as teamwork, communication, and how you handle challenges. You might be asked about how you've dealt with conflicts in the past, your approach to collaboration, and your professional goals. Second On-site Interview - Team Fit: If you impress the interviewers in the behavioral interview, you're invited for a second on-site interview. This one focuses on assessing how well you fit with the team and company culture. You might meet with potential colleagues, team leads, or managers to discuss your working style, interests, and how you'd contribute to the team dynamic. Final Interview - Leadership/Management (Optional): Depending on the role you're applying for, there might be an additional interview to assess your leadership or management potential. This could involve discussing your experience leading projects, managing teams, and your vision for the role you're applying for.
