I got a call about two-days after I submitted my application to setup a phone screen with HR. During the phone screen they had asked basic interview questions but also asking a lot of what I know about the company. They had then passed my info along to the local branch, which reached out to me with a face-to-face interview. Meet with the branch manager and wasn’t to bad. Asked a lot of questions that seems behavior based but also some regarding specifics about my experience in regards to A/R. Toward the end I was asked to take an excel test that was on the computer. I was assured It was not going to affect there decision during the selection. Excel test was online and really bogus/touchy, I had explained this to the manager also as I’m very proficient in Excel. She told me not to worry about it. Followed up after interview with no response from them.
